With over 17 years of experience across luxury hospitality, nonprofit organizations, and business operations, Dayana has built her career within high-performing environments, including Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort, Ace Hotel Los Angeles, Resorts World Las Vegas, and El Dorado Royale A Spa Resort, Mexico. She has also contributed to mission-driven work through organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, combining strong academic foundations with real-world operational expertise.

Dayana specializes in transforming operations through structure, systems, and leadership development—helping restaurants, boutique hotels, and service-based businesses move from inconsistency to high performance.
